No DJs, outdoor amplified music, or large outdoor setups. • Parking must be limited to the driveway and garage first. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or the street flow. Do not park close to neighbors driveway or their grass. • No smoking inside the home. Vaping or hookah is allowed outdoors only. No cigarettes inside the property. • Check-out time: 11:00 AM or at your request. • Please treat the home with care and leave it in good condition. If anything is damaged, inform me immediately so we can resolve it fairly. Undisclosed damages may result in additional charges through Airbnb’s resolution process. • Airbnb’s Community Disturbance Policy strictly prohibits disruptive gatherings or excessive visitors. • Property is located in Mason Park HOA. All guests must comply with Mason Park Design & Community Guidelines (Effective January 14, 2026) • Strict noise control is required at all times. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise. No loud music, outdoor speakers, shouting, or street gatherings. • No parking on lawns. All vehicles must be parked in driveway or garage. Street parking must follow HOA parking rules. • Trash and recycling bins must not be left outside except on collection day and must be removed same day. • No temporary tents, outdoor structures, or equipment without approval. • Any HOA violations or fines caused by guests will be charged to the booking guest.
Guest Must Climb Stairs
